Refund Policy
Thank you for supporting the AYZ Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Your generosity enables us to further our mission and serve the community. Please read this Refund Policy carefully to understand how donations and payments are handled.

1. General Policy
As a charitable organization, donations made to the AYZ Foundation are generally non-refundable. By making a donation, you acknowledge and agree that your donation is a voluntary contribution and will be used to support the mission and programs of the AYZ Foundation. All donations made on this site are final.
2. Tax-Deductibility
Donations made to the AYZ Foundation are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. In the event that a donation is refunded, it may affect the donor's ability to claim a tax deduction for the amount of the donation. It is the donor's responsibility to ensure they understand the tax implications of their donation and any refund issued.
3. Exceptions to the Refund Policy
While donations are generally non-refundable, we recognize that there may be exceptional circumstances. If you believe you have made an error with a donation, please contact us within three (3) days of the donation, and we will review your request. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis, but refunds will generally only be considered in the following circumstances:

Duplicate Donations: If a donor inadvertently makes a duplicate donation (e.g., two transactions for the same donation amount), the second charge may be refunded.

Technical Errors: If a technical issue results in an incorrect amount being charged to your account, we will review the situation and may issue a refund as appropriate.
4. Requesting a Refund

Refund requests will be reviewed by the AYZ Foundation team, and you will receive a response within 10 business days. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
5. No Refunds for Event Fees or Program Payments
For any fees paid to attend AYZ Foundation events, programs, or services (e.g., ticket purchases, registration fees, or event sponsorships), these fees are non-refundable unless specifically stated otherwise in event-related terms and conditions. We encourage you to review event details thoroughly before purchasing.
6. Donations to Specific Campaigns or Projects
If you have made a donation to a specific fundraising campaign or project, we will allocate those funds according to the campaign or project’s intended purpose. Refunds for these donations are generally not available unless the project or campaign is canceled, or an error occurred in processing your donation.
7. Dispute Resolution
If a refund is requested and is not resolved to your satisfaction, we encourage you to contact us directly so that we can work with you to address any concerns. We value our donors and aim to maintain transparency and trust in all our financial transactions.
