A Memorable Event at the TSMR Summit In The Hills Rally 2025
Our Chili Cook-Off took place on March 22, 2025, during the TSMR Summit In The Hills Rally 2025 in Kerrville, Texas—an event that brought together families, riders, and chili lovers for an unforgettable experience!
This laid-back, kid-friendly rally was packed with amazing vendors, delicious food trucks, high-energy motorcycle stunt performances, and incredible live bands. Whether you were a thrill-seeker watching jaw-dropping stunts, a foodie exploring the variety of eats, or simply soaking in the music and community vibes, there was truly something for everyone!

The Power of Chili for Charity
At the heart of this event was CASI (Chili Appreciation Society International), a non-profit organization that has been transforming lives through chili cook-offs since 1967. Their mission is simple yet profound:
"MAKING A POSITIVE DIFFERENCE IN SOMEONE'S LIFE WITH EVERY POT OF CHILI COOKED."
Throughout the year, CASI members and friends raise funds for charities by competing in sanctioned cook-offs. As the world's largest and oldest chili competition sanctioning organization, CASI has helped generate approximately $1,000,000 annually for local and national charities.
Each year, CASI sanctions nearly 400 domestic and international cook-offs, leading up to the Terlingua International Chili Championship (TICC)—the ultimate chili competition held annually in Texas. This prestigious event not only crowns the best chili in the world but also serves as a major fundraiser for scholarships and community outreach programs.
